yea the pep shrimp will kill the aptasia.

Oh one more thing. I have a Coral Banded SHRIMP, if I buy a PEP shrimp today, will they kill each other?

no. i had cbs before and pep and they didnt bother eachother. but for me cbs i dont like since they strike at slow fish

Coral Banded shrimp are very aggressive. Its not a good idea to put the Peppermint Shrimp in with the Coral Banded shrimp because it can kill the Peppermint Shrimp.

It can. Everything has its own personalities. On another forum a person had a Coral Banded shrimp where it killed and ate all this other shrimp he had in his tank.

I know I hate that damn CBS that I have he does strike at my fish at night. I sometimes catch him standing on top of the big rock in the middle trying to go for my clown. I think I'm going to try and take him out of their tonight. Thanks Everyone

I think the CBS is useless in my tank also. I only purchased him because he came in that CLEANER NANO PACK that you sometimes buy. Anyhow, I'm heading on out to my LFS to get the PEP SHRIMP.

Yikes. If you want you can take the Coral Banded shrimp back the the LFS and get a Cleaner shrimp and a few Peppermint Shrimp. Cleaner shrimp have TONS TONS of personality and are very fun to watch. I had a Cleaner shrimp that would clean my hand every time I put my hand in the tank.

Is that a 14gallon tank or a 29?
Did you consciously make these bad decisions or did you get hustled by the LFS, be honest.

flame angel needs to be in a 30g or bigger
and midas blenny needs to be in a 50g or bigger.

Yes the CBS is going back to the store, however, how in the world can I take the fish back to the store? They wont except them back I have had them for over 4 months. Anyhow, thanks for your opinion Mr 250 gal tank guy, but I think I'll do the best with what I have.

Midas blenny will be fine in a 30 gall. PD has a Midas blenny in his 29 gall cube.
