What is this?

Yesterday this poped out of my live rock ... what is it ?... it is about 3 inches long

Must be a SW variety of bean....hmmm...wonder if it grows like a stalk....OMG maybe there's a monster at the end

Lks like a common seaweed that washes up on shore every now and then. Just alot smaller.

Does it move like a worm?
Does it go back in?
Did you notice it "crawl" out or did it just appear in it's current position without you seeing?
It reminds me of a dead/dying/damaged peanut worm. I would put my money in that basket.

It was sticking out of a hole in the rock kind of swaying in the breeze. Today it is gone... maybe it went back in the tiny hole... or maybe one of the crabs ate it ... its not in the filters
