WHAT IS THIS

Its on a little piece of rock i have. Its like eggs of some sort. Thats like a green sheet almost string like green sheet and it looks like eggs under the green layer. Anybody have a clue what it could be?

White? Looks weird, kind of like the skin of Freddy Kruger? Its a sponge, from what I could see. Don't expose it to the air, and it will nicely grow.

No its green , i know what sponges are and how to care. this is different, its light green, thin that i can kinda see through it and under it looks like white eggs of some sort. It looks kinda like sponge but something is in it

Maybe it's eggs then... that does happen.
More than likely it'll be food for the tank when they hatch.
