just got my fresh life rock 2 days ago straight out of the Gulf of Thailand and didnt notice this before.
I did see the shapes in the rock but it looked like a death coral skeleton but now with the lights on for a while it seems to spring to life? or maybe not?
Anyway it seems to color up a nice green.
What is it for coral?

Looks like a type of brain.....I can not pinpoint it more than that right now though....LOL...

I think Meowzer is right. If I had to guess (I'm on my phone, picture is tiny), I'd say favites.
