O.k .,i need to know what is considered low light,medium light,high light? atm i have a suncoarl few zoos and some green ricordea polyps. i have 3 24" bulbs 1 50/50 20watt,1 20watt 10,000k, and a blue spek bulb.my tank is an ocean sun it is a 32 1/2 inc tank mad in china.

I would have to say p.c. is low , T-5 is medium , and M.H.is high .

Is the light i'm using good enough for what i have in my tank?

Sun coral do not use light for food.
Mushrooms and Ricordias are among the bottom rating for needs for light.
standard 24inch T-8 are 18-20 watts each.
If compact Flouresent then around 65w each
Iether way your lighting is low if aiming for reef or corals but should house these with no issue.
