What is wrong with my RTA

I have had him for 3 weeks and this morning he came up on the glass and shrunk and I noticed a hole right through him. Any ideas? My light is 130w orbit

i have no idea!
unless it is splitting but ive never actually seen it happen my rbta split into 2 like 8 months ago but i didnt see it happen.
hopefully its not dying but chances r its just splitting.. that would be good
what size is ur tank?

theres no hole in him anymore??
thats wierd i have no idea ive never seen an anemone have a hole in it and be ok

Never seen anything like that before. I'll have to save that pic in my files.
How long did it take to go from that state to near normal?
Would you do me a favor and post your water paramiters.
Please include ph ave. caclium, alkalinity, nitrates, phosphates, temp, salinity.
130 watt orbit? Not familier with it, is that PC? What kind of bulbs and spectrum just out of curiosity.
Please post another pic of him.

wow...that certainly looks like a first....did it start to split and then change its mind about it??....really strange
