I look at it for ridiculous amounts of time every day.
I do water changes once or twice a week. About 10% each time. I doing a little more than normal right now because nitrates crept up a little.
I top off as needed. On one tank I have a 2 gallon bucket that drips into a float valve so I only have to fill the bucket every 2 days or so. The other tank doesn't have auto top-off so I have to fill it a little every day.
I feed about every other day.

15ml of each b-ionic, and sometimes feeding (if they're lucky). i have a float switch in my sump that connects a line down to the filter for our fridge water/ ice maker, my dad thought of that. of course theres at least an hour a day of "hmm maybe that will look better over there, that there, this here, and oh hi fishy."

I hope that's an RO/DI filter. Fridge filter's aren't usually adequate for use on saltwater tanks.

Daily - Look at tank and inhabitants - feed - check skimmer collection cups - note temperature.
Weekly - Top off water - clean viewing panels - 10% water change - clean glass
tops - clean intakes on all powerheads and pumps - test water parameters.
Monthly - major water change 20% - clean impellers on all pumps - change filter
pads in sump - clean glass on algae chamber in sump - change out carbon in Magnum
filter - check power head suction cups and make sure attached well - check all electrical connections for salt creep - dust and polish canopy and cabinet base - oh yeah and make
wife happy by scrubbing tile floor in room with tank (trust me on that one).
