What kind of coral grows the fastest out of all the corals?

Dos green star polyps and xenia need plankton food to survive? Or do they just need lighting?

Also colt coral, the branches will fall off and where ever u put them or they land they will start growing into a brand new tree. My tree had over 15 branches fall off, I had to give half the branches away, I finally had to trade in the tree because it was too much, and it wasnt even a year.

GSP, Xenia,Montipora, and Sun Coral are my fastest growers. The Monti's grow about 3 to 4" a yr(the caps), the digi's are a little bit slower.

Sorry, I don't think they would ship very well across the country. They can be a little tempermental that way, usually not very good shippers. I would hate for something to go wrong and have you upset. I would suggest maybe buying those at LFS. A little nervous about shipping, I really wouldn't want people to get mad or give me a bad name if things didn't work out. I may try some Monti's in the near future. I have 5 different caps and 4 different digi's. Those are what I will try first and see how that goes.

No I brought it back to the lfs for some credit over 2 months ago, sorry. I wish you would have asked when I had it, I had so many I was just giving them away.

My Kenya Tree is growing ridiculously fast...
About how fast would you say the GSPs or Xenias grow in comparison to a Kenya Tree?
I want some pulsing Xenias, but if they grow faster than this Kenya, then I don't even want to bother

xenia is a weed i tells ya.. I had it in my old tank and never.. never ever again.. its horrible how fast it can take over.

Yellow polyps, i have seen them start as a nice small colony and then in a few months had sucessfully propagated every rock in the tank. They dont even look very good imo.
