What kind of crab is this?

look at his claws, If they are two tone(tips darker than body or black) then he has to go. Also if the tips of his claws are sharp and pointy he has to go. I really can't get a good enough look to say for sure but, he does not look very reef friendly.

I'll try to get a better look at his claws, he is so elusive, not sure how I will catch him to get rid of him.
I also should mention that my Goby does not like this crab one bit. He will chase him into his cave just about anytime he sees it.
