What kind of fish from Finding Nemo.....

I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of fish was in finding nemo. The large (angelfish?) from the doctors office that kind of seems to be the leader with the messed up fin from the movie, what is it? I've looked through about every fish on this site and can't find one that quite looks like him (yellow, black, and white). I like the long thin dorsal and ventral fin that he had, and can't seem to find anything else quite like it! Thanks for the help!

It's a Moorish Idol.
Unfortunately, they have EXTREMELY poor survival rates in the home aquaria.
They're definately an EXPERT only fish.

Yep,
Please avoid purchasing one of these fish despite how tempting it may be.
These ones should be left in the ocean. It will not live in a 75 gallon.

We're planning on Heniochus Butterflies in our tank to achieve the same look.
Now if I can just convence the kids to accept the fact that Dori is not suitable for our tank :scared:

Awesome, yea I checked out those butterflies and they look alot like them. I find and awesome website selling a TON of different fish marincenter.com. I think they have the largest variety I've seen of any website yet!

You probably shouldn't mention another site by name here. They tend to discourage that. Just make sure you research the butterfly first. It is easier to keep then a moorish idol but I think 75 gal is considered the MINIMUM size tank for them..

Oooo, thanks for the advice, yea, the "other" website says 55 gallon minimum so it sounds pretty good. I'll deffinetely do more searching to be sure their claim is true!
