Pretty much I think you'll be ok. I've never heard of it. I've had stupid friends keep largemouth in their tanks for years. That is very illeagal in texas prolly worse than killing someone.

Only when you're either catching them/transporting them in a boat and a FWC officer checks the boat, or you'll trying to sell them and get reported. However even if FWC officer does come over, mostly likely he will tell you the law and probably make you dump them back in. But if you are just flat obvious and have 200 in your boat, you're pretty much sol...
