What kind of fish to add to a 28?

Right now I have two gold stripe maroon clownfish, one female and one male. I don't want to add something larger because I wouldnt want to overcrowd, and I dont plan to add anything anytime soon anyhow.
So i was thinknig of a royal gramma or a shrimpgoby along with a pistol shrimp, any ideas? And how much is too much for fish? Also, I'm kind of scared of adding anything small too since I hear that GSMs are aggressive and territorial. My female already shows aggression when it comes down to eating-- she doesnt allow the male to eat much.
any ideas or comments would be appreaciated
btw, any idea on how to up the pH? right now it's low. It's reading 7.8 with nitrates being 10ppm, ammonia 0, and nitrites 0. I did the test yesterday morning.

You can buy stuff to fix the pH problem, it's cheap. As for fish, I'd get a firefish or some chromis blue or green or damsels. You can put more in as long as you are careful and research them.

Sixline wrasses are awesome too, but I would also be worried about the clowns, generally the most agressive should be added last..

yeah, it was my mistake, but then again when I bought the tank the two fish came with and my LFS is a horrible place to leave them
