What kind of lighting exactly???

I am currently running a 46 gallon bowfront with basic fluorescent lighting. I have no fish currently and only have live rock. I am looking to eventually get an anemone. I need to know exactly what I should buy. I am so confused with all these lights and want someone to tell me what to buy. I am not made of money but I want the most bang for the buck. Not the cheapest but not more than I need.

with anemones the absolute most important thing imo is water quality. they do need good light and some flow but nice stable pristine water quality is a must. i dont know how deep your tank is but 175w halides should do it. if its a deeper tank (26 inches deep or deeper) you might want to step up to 250watt mh.
