What kind of puffer is this?

Looks like a Valentini puffer to me or matbe a Hawaiian Spotted Puffer.

blue dot toby puffer according to the site that link came from. I googled it (Canthigaster epilamprus) and while it seems correct based on other sites I cant tell much if any difference in looks from Canthigaster papua. what ever the specifics its a toby puffer which all require the same care and generally all max out between 4-6".
