What kind of skimmer does everyone run?

I have nothing but praise for my super needle wheel, does an incredible job, quiet and good value for the $$ spent.

I see nobody has the same kind as mine. If anyone knows anything about the Red Sea prisim skimmer----you you think it is big enough for a 125 gal? It is the hang on type

a good skimmer for a basic set up. you dont see them much if at all on an advanced aquarium. they simply dont cut it.

here yah go this is whats said about them....
all i know is im happy with it but im guna do the recirculation moditfication to get more dwell time outta the water to remove even more crud!
ASM (All Seas Marine) Protein Skimmers are similar in design and in how they work to a Euro-Reef protein skimmer yet are produced using a lower cost extruded PVC tube to save on the costs of manufacturing versus acrylic. The ASM protein skimmers are high efficiency skimmers and utilize the Sedra pump and needle wheel made famous by Euro-Reef.

yeah i do have one...
its probably a lil small but i have a coralife 18w turbo twist .... its rated for a 250 but i shoulda gone with the 36w one.... either way i have it running with the right amount of flow so it should be working ok i guess lol
