what kind of skimmer does everyone use or like

for your tank(20 right), the prizm, but i would not use one on a large tank(50 or over) personally, but for the price, yes get one for a small tank

No not for the 20 gal, I'm getting a 200 and wanted to know everyone's opinion on the best for the money. I've heard the euro-reef is suppose to be the best???

I use AquaC Remora Pro with mag3 pump - the best hang-on skimmer, but pretty expensive. I tend to feed my tank good and gives you some security if something dies and you dont see.

sorry forgot something. Remora or Urchin pro is rated for up 150G. AquaC makes a sump model and you can upgrade the pump on any of them.

well, if money isn't an issue, i like the aqa c's and the berlins for the price, euro reefs, are too much(for me) and i don't think that they are that much more effective than the aqua c's whatever you buy, do NOT get one with a rio pump, pay the extra for the other options that they may have

I use a precision marine CV626. They make some very good stuff and all high quality.

i own a berlin h.o. (up to 250 gal.) powered by a rio 2500. i've only owned this brand of skimmer. so far, so good. it's mounted on the back and once i set up a sump, it will go there.
