What kind of snail? Wrong ones? ID please

OK I ordered 30 nerite snails and this is what I got. They look nothing like the pictures of nerite snails I have seen and they also dont look like what I was told were nerite snails that are already in my tank.

I would say yes, Nerite.

+1 on margarita snails i have a few in my 3 gallon and they keep the glass pretty clear

Well whatever they are they clean the glass very quickly. They were sold to me as nerites but they are about 1-1 1/4 inches so I think they are too big to be nerites.

They look like Nerite Snails to me.
