Which is the best to use : adhesive ourside, digital probe, glass thermometer, etc... What do you use?

just a glass floating one,i only check it once every morning,then i take it out.

I have only ever had one break in over 10 years of fishkeeping....(FW the longest) Just keep them in a corner or a place that does not have a lot of traffic...

i was doing a water change and i dropped the thermometer in the bucket and when i dumped the bucket in the tank, little metal balls went everywhere, when i dropped it in the bucket the bottom broke off. I didnt clean them out of the tank, i figured it wouldnt matter if a few balls rusted in there, and nothing ever happend.
I still like the glass ones the best though
