What kind of urchin is this?

I bought a jet black urchin with long needle-like spikes on him and he has a blue line around his body area. Anyone know what type of urchin this is called?

These urchins are very cool, but they get huge, very huge. I had to get rid of mine because it got too big.

They sell thoose at my LFS on occasion as longspine urcin, and I've seen them as big as 1ft in diameter.(with spines)
