Id get t5s. a 46 is not that deep. here is a pic of my 46 with 196 PC

Here is my 46 bow. First pic is with 192w Current Dual Satellite and the second is with 300w 14k MH Current Sunpod. Hope this helps. Picks arent great. Old camera.

I have a coralife aqualight duel PC one 96w antic and one 96w 10000k bulbs.
While I am not able to keep high light corals with my pc's Id feel confedent about t5's

tek makes a 36" T5 fixture in either 4 or 6 bulbs. id go with the 4 bulb.
