i got it a while back, when i put it in the tank, it disappeared into the sand, and every so often would resurface...
this picture is the snail riding on one of my hermit crabs.
of course, i haven't seen it in about a 3 weeks but...

i thought that maybe it can be an abalone, but it burrows into the sand.... like my sand sifter....
i also have an abalone too....
