What Language?

My sister is in high school still, but she is looking into being a landscape designer. We were talking about what language would do her best in college/ the real world. The languages she can take are: Spanish, French, Latin, German.
We talked about how scientific plant names are in Latin. On the other hand, Spanish would be my choice for everyday use and communication.
Any opinions on what would help the most?

I wonder if non english speaking people would jump on learning ENGLISH for a change. Very sad that we have to learn other languages in order to be successful in our own country!
Sorry I strayed off topic regina ..

Unless she wants to learn Vietnamese
Nó là một ngôn ngữ rất hữu ích. (It's a very useful language).

Mexican.........................................It is different than spain's spanish...

So is Latin americas and south America's spanish. Also i think it should be mandatory for people coming to live here from a different country to learn English.

Decent jobs here often require Spanish (yes...Mexican) because so many people here flat out refuse to speak English.

Some of my daughter's friends are not allowed to speak English at home.
