what light is better for my jbj 24g NANO

My friend that had the tank i bought all he had was the basic pump and light. Other than my upgraded light is there anything else i should get? like an extra pump or air stone.
also when he had his tank set up he had alot of those grose worm looking things, how do you prevent those? Man they are gross got the shivers thinking about em

haha theyre good for the tank just leave em. U wont see em much besides at night maybe.
Also grab urself a Koralia 1

i know but he had them all over, i mean they covered the sand and corals.. Some were LONG like 6-7in.
