what lighting would you recomend....

well it all depends on what kind of reef and inverts u stock. I would definatly get 10k they are pretty. And alway get actinics with regular lights. Check what u want and see how many wpg it needs. On my tank i have pc with two actinics at 40 watts and then i have a smartlight with 55 watt.....both 10k

I disagree with all of the above.. go with PC! MH is pricey, VHO bulbs need to be replaced too often, and PC's are just right.
Check out AHsupply.com for CHEAP PC lighting. YOu just gotta put it together.

vho bulbs don't need to be replaced often. From everything I've read it's recommended to change the bulbs every 9-12 months if you are using an electric ballast. Definitely stay away from tar ballast.
