What lights do you leave on at night?

I got my LED setup at wally world. They are called hi lites and can be bought on the net too. If you are electricly inclined you can built your own for a few bucks, there is a great thread on another board that details how to do it.

Hey,
I guess my post wasn't clear enough. My REFUGIUM lights are on 24/7, my TANK lights are on a timer. My Actinics are on for 12 hours and the rest for 10 hours. I don't use any moonlights. I have heard of possible benifits of using them but nothing solid enough for me to add them. (I'm from the old school of "If it aint broke, don't fix it.") I still do weekly water changes though!
