hey it all boils down to what kind of shrooms and water quality.i have blue shrooms that have grown in size fairly quick,but at the same time i have red shrooms that multiply faster than the blues but have quite grown as big as the blues.understand? just give time hope that helps. :thinking:

well this shroom came with a pc of live rock. its is redish purple and when I had real crappy lights he was huge then when i got my pc lights is is all close to the rock and his color is not the same. its been about 4 months and i haven't seen anymore trying to grow. but I do have what looks like a brown and green zoo maybe idunno could be a mushroom but idunno

is there anything special I should add to the water for them? I add the microvert stuff to feed it.

to tell you the truth i havent fed my shrooms snice i got 'em and thats been like a month now.as far as not opening up like they used to then move them over to a less bright spot in the tank they do not need intense light so give that a try and see how they do agian mine was higher up in the tank and the just woulnt open up that much i then moved them to a shade area and the went from the size of a nickle to a nice size c.c cookie please excuse the way i compare but thats all i can think of lol
but give that a try now as far as the other thing i wouldnt know for sure with out a pic sorry. :thinking:

Just my experience with shrooms, I purchased 2 heads on a rock almost a year ago. Until 3 months ago, they really never grew or multiplied. Now, starting with just 2, I have 8 and the size of them tripled +. So it does take time but once they start, they don't stop.
