What needed for a mantis tank.

Want to start a small (as small and cheap as possible) tank for a mantis that i found in my tank...What all do i need?
Heater?
Filter of some sort?
PH"
Live sand
Live rock?

id put in some live rock for it to hide, heater, hang on the back filter, a little sand for looks and thats it. Id go with a little 10 gallon if i were you.
