You may also be thinking of Pom Pom Xenia which looks similar to the above picture. I notice, however, that the stalks tend to be shorter than regular xenia and the polyps in closer proximity to one another. I'm not quite sure, but I don't think this site sells Pom Poms, if this is indeed what you are looking for...

I think you are refering to the silver branching. Personally, I don't care for any of the xenia this site offers.
