what pump are you running in your sump

its for a 72 bow reef tank
I have a Rio 20HF in there now I think its a little to powerful what do you guys recommend
also I have some micro bubbles I cant get rid of....

You really want to turn your tank over as much as possible so I would say your fine your bubbles are they coming from the over flows and sturing the sump water the pump is pumping. You may need to put a baffle in there to seperate the water so pump gets no bubbles. I run a mag 18 & mag 7 for returns I needed to get the overflow water away from the pumps to make sure there are no bubbles.

How do you have it outputting to your tank?
You may want to consider a spraybar to help spread the flow around.

Right now I am using a Rio 1700, but have a new quietone 3000 on order. I plan to add a T with a ball valve to the return line. that way if it is to much flow I can reduce it without blocking up the pump
