What pump do i need for JBJ ATO system

Im finally taking the plunge to get a ATO for my 24gallon nano. So what pump should i get to run the ATO?

im using a maxi-jet 1200 but im sure a smaller version is good

Any maxi jet or utility pump strong enough to pump the water from the holding tank to your fish tank. You don't want one too strong as it will cause splash and disrupt the rocks or corals in the DT.

...Do not connect the auto top off directly to your RO water line...if there is a malfunction it is easier to clean up a holding tank full of water than an open pipe that goes forever.
