What pump?

I'm trying to decide what pump to get for my sump. I'd like it to be submersible. Is there anything wrong with the rio pumps? I've also been looking at the Mag Drive 500 which will give about 300 gph w/ 3 feet climb. Is this enough for my little 29 gallon? Should I go larger?

the mag drives are great pumps.i have been using them for years on my tank and pond.the 500 will give you a 10x turn over,you could go a little higher to about 15x with a 750.

I also use the mag drive pumps for my return, I've had no problem with mine. I belive they are a good choice.

I put a mag 5 pump on my 29 gallon last night, and i'm sure that i'm getting more than 300 gph. Them thinks are powerful. I don't think that I would go bigger, unless you want to blow the fish around the tank.
