????

Neither article above Obama playing the "race card" or "race baiting". They both reference other politicians making racially insensitive remarks.
I am fairly certain that you gentlemen are trying to make some point about Obama... I just can't seem to figure out what it is.

Or maybe the board is just a little thin on political threads today.

what right does Obama have to accuse Republicans of race baiting or playing the race considering what democrats say.
Does that make more sense...

Not really... I'm not sure how Obama is responsible for potentially insensitive remarks made by democrats everywhere.

Go ahead with the debate... I won't interrupt. I just don't quite get how Obama bears responsiblity for the words of all democrats. Anyway, game on...

When Obama says stuff like this.
“What they’re going to try to do is make you scared of me,” Obama said. “You know, he doesn’t look like all those other presidents on the dollar bills.”
Darthtang doesn't understand how he can say that, considering what democrats have said about republicans.
But if that doesn't make sense, (even if you don't agree with the conclusion, either you're just playing devils advocate or well...)

The liberal media isnt going to give a crap about any of that. Truth is he can get away with much more stuff then Mccain.

I'll leave my comments to this... if you notice the commercials and attacks by McCain and GOP groups... they haven't exactly been on issues relevant to the problems we face as a nation today. In addtion... the McCain camp is not really running on the issues... it has been about "country first" and trying to make the case that McCain is the patriotic choice.

Obama has been playing the race card since the beginning of the primaries. Don't hold your breath waiting for the media to call them on it.

I love how that first article came from such a non-biased website. BTW that dollar bill comment was made months ago. And lets not forget how mccain has played the POW card as often as he can.
I also love how mccain can attack Obama and nobody on this forum sees a problem with it, but when the Obama camp makes a statement its a "personal attack" or its "crossing the line".
November can't come fast enough.

It must be nice to have all those press secretaries calling the "hail mary" plays in the media.
Obama's sending Clinton down to Florida to stir up votes. Bill said he's after the "cracker" votes.
One of the 527's is running and ad how bad melanoma is, and the threat to McCain's life. Did not Mr Biden suffer from aneuysms. Does not Mr Obama smoke? Both of these could lead to death in office.
Remember Quinn's 2nd law:
2. If you want to know what liberals are up to, pay attention to what they accuse the conservatives of.

The whole point of that website is to make an argument for black republicans. It wasn't a source of factual information, but a source of an opinion. Which he really liked.
You'll see people disagree, but in discussing these "attacks" i've yet to see a democrat refute an add discussed. It isn't an attack if it is true.

Obama claimed to be "post racial", then plays the race card. Hippocracy!
McCain suffered and gave in service for this country, should he not be proud of hisa service. I would expect Obama to do the same if he had a similar record.

Heck john kerry made stuff up,
I don't remember any lib compaining about him. They only complained about the swiftboaters and incorporated it into their lingo swiftboating. To mean personal attack. And yet to this day, I've yet to hear anything refute their statements.

Kerry earned the purple owie with 2 turkey clusters. It seems from what I read he when to Nam to further his career, not to serve his country. His actions seem to support that claim.

Maybe I'm wrong, and Mr Kerry served for the correct reasons.

Again I refer you to Quinn's second law.
