What salinity do y'all keep your reefs at?

OK, Bang Guy...point taken...he asked for salinity, and we are all giving specific gravity...heh heh...:D

Hahahaha, I gotcha on the ppt for salinity. Now, I see all the varying numbers on specific gravity. What's the benefits of more high gravity... like .025?
And what is the difference with lower... like .023?

Lower salinity SUPPOSEDLY makes the fishes metabolism slow down a bit, since they are not working quite as hard getting rid of salt. But lower salinity is hard on inverts. 1.023 is fine though from all I've read. Go under 1.020 and you are asking for trouble I think with most corals.
