I would simply monitor to see if it is ich

OK you all keep asking the same thing over and over, if you fish has a cloudy or popped eye it could just be an injury, although if you are seeing the white spots on it , it is probably ICH , read back up the thread you will see where you were told how to take a clove of garlic and crush it, saving the juice to soak into you fishs food.
understanding that the concern for loosing your fish is stressful, Please read the answers given!
