WHAT should I feed my clown & Picasso trigger?

Due to the very powerful return pump any food I put in goes straight into the overflow unless its fast sinking pellets.
Which fast sinking food would be the best for a 2in clown & Picasso trigger?

might be a little big for those little guys, but I guess I would get a lesspowerful return pump .

I'm not changing the pump (1800gph in a 110gl) cuz it keeps the tank very clean with no alge
What else can i feed, any good pelet food?

Take frozen silversides, thaw them in tank water, then chop them up and feed them to the triggers on the end of a stick. They'll rip 'em right off.
There is also a pellet food that is NOT crap, called Thera-A from New Life. Awesome stuff, and every one of our fish love it. They're relatively heavy pellets, so they'll sink well, and they're not too large for triggers over 6 months.
