What size pump?

I am plumbing my sump to add a in line chiller. My over flows are rated for 600 gph each. the chillers max gph flow rate is 1200. If I use the 1200 gph iwaki external pump. Can I go from pump to chiller, then chiller to corner over flow returns and still keep up with over flows? I will be using 1" pvc to plumb to sump and 3/4" to chille then return. What I am trying to figure out is 1200 gph enough to go through chiller and 90 elbows with 3ft head room?

all these people here with experience and no one is willing to help out? I thought there would be someone who could give a helping hand. Isnt that what this place is for.
