A friend is trying to run an auto top off JBJ from the bottom of his tank to the top of his Seaclear tank.
He plans to have his reservoir under his DT and just pump the fresh water up to the rear of his Seaclear to top it off.
The total run would be about 5-6 feet.
Anyone know which pump would be the most effective?
Thanks

it wont need a very big pump any powerhead will do the trick as long as you can get the right lines to connect it.

I have a little Marineland adjustable 50-100gph pump that does the trick on my ATO.
Just make sure whatever pump you buy had a head clearance over what you need. Some small powerheads will not pump water 5' high.

This is the most important thing when buying the pump.
And to turn off the RO water, you need a solenoid (and kit). Kent makes a whole kit. Just google it.

Does your Marineland pump clear 5 feet?
