I think a 125 is fine for the fish you listed, provided that you don't try to add another large fish, like the French. I would also make sure that you have plenty of rock in your tank to insure your smaller fish won't be picked on by your angel. Also, that Frenchy is going to want places hwre it can hide when it feels threatened.
My advice you, and anyone else, is that if you want to keep fish, you should but the largest tank you can afford. The reason for this is two fold. First, the larger the volumn of water you have, the less dramatic any changes in your water quality will be if something goes wrong. When a fish dies in a small tank it does not take long before everything in your tank can get wiped out. But in a larger tank with more water volume that same fish death is somewhat diminished because of the greater volume of water.
The second reason is because once you see how awesome marine fish are, you will probably want to keep adding new ones. Nothing worse than getting a tank only to find out six months later that you have already filled it to its limits.
Good luck!!!
