what skimmer and lights would you use on a 46BF

need some feedback....
down sizing from a 240 to a 46 bow fornt..
what skimmer would you use? I have a kent nautallus TE w/ mag 7 rated for 150+ would that be to much skimming.
and what type of lighting would you use?
T5- VHO -MH ?

humm I am thinking about the aqua c remora pro w/ mag 3 for the skimmer

sorry noone awnsered, i go over all the threads to see which ones havent been awnsered. anyways there is no such thing as too much skimming, the more the skimmer gets out the better off the tank will be. also are you planning on corals? i allways suggest t-5's over VHO's for the fact that t-5's produce more PAR and last longer than VHO's. if your just wanting softies and LPS i would just use t-5 but if you want SPS i suggest getting MH's or the new solaris LED system. alot of people keep SPS with t-5 lights but your bowfront isn't wide enough to cram alot of t-5 lights in the canopy. if you have any other questions feel free to ask, and i promise it wont take so long for a reply.
