what skimmer do u recommend

I just asked the same question this morning, we also just upgraded to a 155G and the general consensus was Octopus, which is what I've been told on this forum and from just about everyone. Personal experience, in sump is better, but I have no "scientific" proof of this, lol.

hurricone cat 1, internal or external, wont matter the pump alone on that skimmer makes it the beast it is.

i have narrowed it down to three different ones. asm g2 series ,reef octopus nwb 200, or reef octopus extreem series ext 200

I think I'm going to go with the Octopus Extreme. Seems to be the way people on and off forums are steering me...

i have a 150g with a heavy bio-load so i went with the ASM G3 (it works great),, i wish i woulda gone LARGER,,, i empty the cup about every 4 days,,,

I have a G3 in my 120 DT with a 75 Fuge, and love it. The G3 has a better pump than the G2.
