What the H is This?

Don't have time to post a pic right now so I hope the description helps. I have this white spiral on my glass. It is very symmetrical and the total size is about the size of a quarter. It doesn't move, so I'm wondering if it is some type of eggs or something...really have no idea. I know this isn't much to go on, but I'm hoping some of the pros on this site can figure it out. thanks...

Sounds like snail eggs. Is the line of the spiral in sort of a zigzag shape? In other words, a ziz-zag line wound into a spiral shape?

Figured it out...Lettuce Slug eggs. Just put them in my tank this past Wednesday. Didn't take it very long to make itself comfortable. Anyone know how long it takes them to hatch?

I woke up one morning to see little white dots on my front glass of my bow. Checked it two days later and you can see a lot of tiny little snails!!!!
