What the heck happened to my puffer (see pic)

What the heck happened to my puffer ?
He went from looking healthy and normal then I think he had a fight at first with another fish and it looked like he was missing half of his skin and he had big white patches. Like his skin was bit off. The next day he looked like this (all white) without any skin left
He ended up dying and the fish I suspect he had a fight with died as well but I am still curious to know what happened

Sory about your loss but that looks allsome if you know what i mean, i am not being sick in anyway but that looks allsome.

ive seen this on puffers before were there skin falls off it had nothing to do with a fight it was sick
