This is what Thomas says in another post "I have however seen PH problems with anemones and they tend to balloon out of the mouth in weird ways" This looks like what yours is doing. Have you checked your PH??

I put Melafix in the tank, i guess that's what did it....he only did that ballooning for about an hour then it was normal, I take it I should not use Melafix anymore, I have also been using Ick Attack as well...i have a hippo tang that seems to always have a minor Ick problem. I was old that using rid ick would kill my anemone and coral.

Perhaps a Antibacterial Remedy like these may contribute or be a cause of this strange ballooning in anemones.
