What the heck is this slug lookin thing?

YEE HAW!!! Did it Nissan!!!! *stoakin dance*
okay.... today I was pondering on a H2O change and noticed 3, no 4 of these white slugs with a helmet lookin thing on its back (no.... it's not a shell) So.... game on!!

Don't feel like anymore of a rookie than anyone else in the hobby. I've had this liverock for over 5 years and I just discovered some of these things about a week ago.... all over the place.
