Then flush them. If you flush them live they die pretty slowly. A clod blooded animals metabolism will basically just slow to a stop in the freezer.
P.S. Dont forget the eggs!!!!!

Looks like a zoo-eating nudi to me too.
There's many different species under the genus Berghia sp. but only one feeds on aiptasia, Berghia verrucicornis.

It was in my 25g frag tank, do you think I should wait a while before I add any of that rock to my 210.
How did you get rid of the ones you had in your tank???

not much you can do. ive heard sixline wrasse can do the trick. you might have to do it the hard way, which i did, and pick them off one by one. i found mine on my zoos frags. i did a freshwater/iodine dip to ALL of my zoo frags and then examined them very carefully for nudi eggs...which i found...and i gently scrapped them off with my fingernail. freshwater baths will knock out the nudis but not their eggs. make sure you give the frag a good but gentile shake in the freshwater to make sure everything bad falls off. your best bet is to wait a few hours after the lights are off and just go through your tank with a flashlight, thats what i did. i havent seen any nudi's since and that was about 5 months ago...they really did a number on my zoo frags. i HATE them  . i would never advocate having those in any reef. good luck, i hope this helped.

All right now I'm confused...To be honest I consider the snail and nudi pests. I use bug killer for bugs and such, they are pests???? So is it inhumane to kill bugs with bug spray :notsure: ...Or should I put them in the freezer
. What about the rats that are around my chicken coop should I put them in the freezer as well. I dont think so, they get the rat shot or the trap
...

you definetly have to get rid of them. how you do it is up to you. id probably just crush them with a hammer, quick and no pain.

However you kill it, do not crush it with your fingers. I'm not sure who, but someone on here had a post about doing that, and had to be rushed to the hospital because he got some of the palytoxins from the zoos into his bloodstream. It can be very serious.

I agree.... Some people think everythings got feelings. I bet if it were a hornets nest theyd spray them with spray and not worry about the freezer, or use a hammer. It's a pest FGS kill em allready.
