not much you can do. ive heard sixline wrasse can do the trick. you might have to do it the hard way, which i did, and pick them off one by one. i found mine on my zoos frags. i did a freshwater/iodine dip to ALL of my zoo frags and then examined them very carefully for nudi eggs...which i found...and i gently scrapped them off with my fingernail. freshwater baths will knock out the nudis but not their eggs. make sure you give the frag a good but gentile shake in the freshwater to make sure everything bad falls off. your best bet is to wait a few hours after the lights are off and just go through your tank with a flashlight, thats what i did. i havent seen any nudi's since and that was about 5 months ago...they really did a number on my zoo frags. i HATE them
