What The Hell Is This?

Hi All,
I just noticed a small worm like creature, not a bristle work gyrating in my tank. I have never seen one of these before.... I checked the hitch hiker thread and there is nothing there that I can compare it to. It is small roughly half inch and is pinkish in color like a bristleworm but has a small greyish white head....I hate to say it but it looks like a sperm magnified many times. It is floating around my tank gyrating....Anybody have any ideas what this could be...or if they are beneficial or not? Any help would be appreciated :notsure:

Just wanted to add that I do not have my camera with me otherwise I would have added a pic...maybe if it is still there tommorow I will post a pic.

I don't think it is a dead pod...because it was actually moving.....As far as anything new added. Well within the last week I added an orange legged hermit. Which is beautiful if I may add. :jumping:

I have had those! I bought some LR from someone's existing tank, and it was FULL of bristleworms and at least 3 of those. They're TINY, and they wiggle frantically from place to place like they're hopped up on crack and then they wiggle to the next spot! I searched and found nothing. Hopefully someone knows!

I had one .... grabbed him with a net.... they look like something is "pulsing" in them when you catch them........
