What to do for a back ground?

I've recently purchased a 100 gal. tank and needed some advise on painting the back of the tank or going with nothing at all. the tanks against a wall ?

I think alot of people paint it black or blue...I left mine clear.....but I am thinking about going blue....

I just have a dark blue background on mine looks nice.

JMO, I would spray paint the back blue or black, If you don't like it, it will scrape off pretty easy with a razor blade.

i used 2.5 % window tint and looks great. if you dont like you can just pull off. then no need to worry about paint getting on everything

you could just buy a background on the plastic sheet thingy that they sell at *****( :scared: ) i used it and it looks good.

Black paint either spray can, brush or roll will work equally well as will enamel, lacquar, latex....., as will gloss, semi gloss, satin, or flat. Blue is also quite commonly used.
I have also used the real dark window tint as another poster stated, and it too looks fine.
