It was their mistake...the original post said they were selling something different then what was received. They have been contacted...but there are problems on returning the item.

what kind of problems? (on returning)
If it was their mistake, I would think they should make it right, no matter what the cost to them. Everyone has to pay for their own mistakes....just my .02

Not sure what your situation is from your post. If you did not receive what you purchased, and the seller refuses a return and refund, then you do have a few options. You should first attempt to settle if possible. If you cannot settle with the seller, you can file a fraud form with the local USPO (assuming you sent payment through the mail and/or the item was shipped through the mail). Save all your emails and correspondence along with the original ad. You will need this information to file with any form/claim/lawsuit...other options as well..ie civil lawsuit, etc. ...Best of Luck...I had a link to a site that gave info as to what to do if you are ripped-off. Send me an email at idiot@c2i2.com and I will see if I can locate for you.
I just foung the info regarding problems with sellers and various options...it is a very comprhensive listing http://www.mindspring.com/~bookdealers/ripoff.html

I would do everything possible to try to resolve it, then I would resort to posting all information on here so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
I'd take it to a civil level, hunt them down and "RESOLVE" the matter in a much more "personal" mannor. I have zero tollerance for liars and thieves.

I'm not saying for you to do this, this is just what I do when I get screwed.
