what to do next

so all i have to do is buy the live rock and live sand, do i put the water in now or wait until i have those? how much live rock do i need for a 46 gallon? thankshttps://www.saltwaterfish.com/vb/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=15#

I put my water in and mixed my salt first, then after all the salt dissolved and i checked the salinity i added LS and aragonite. Waited 1 week for the tank to clear up then added 70lbs of LR. You should put in at least 1.5lbs-2lbs per gallon of LR. Only mix the salt and water on the initial setup. After that mix in 5gal. buckets.
