I already have a 75 reef that I have mostly softies in it. It has been up for a year and doing good. I just got the 175 new and am going to be setting it up. I plan to do at least fowlr. I really want to keep a lot of the big fish that are not reef safe. triggers, puffers and maybe a lion also some of the Tangs. My question is what corals if any can be kept with these fish? Most sites just say not reef safe but I assume most of that is due to them eating inverts/cleaners etc.
Oh yeah I am new to this board so not sure I am posting this in the right section but any help is appreciated. thanks
Also where is the best place to get base rock and what kind is best to get? This thing is going to need a lot of rock.

Just for set up on the 175 we will need $1840.83

Already bought the mag jet 1800 for the sump and a coral life super skimmer.
This gives me 180 lbs of live rock and 220 lbs of sand with 40 lbs of it being live.
